Soulchemy Space is a boutique healing studio in Kirrawee offering Trauma-aware Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Somatic Therapy, and Soulful Workshops. Rooted in Nervous System regulation and embodiment, this is a space where movement becomes medicine — and your healing journey is honoured, one breath at a time.

Rest & Regulate Classes

This WHOLE being reset- helping you return to balance through guided movement, breathwork, and Nervous System Regulation Practices. You’ll leave feeling grounded, calm, and empowered. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT.

Private Reformer Pilates

These 1:1 Reformer sessions offer more than just physical strength — they help you build stability from the inside out.
With a mindful, body-aware approach, you’ll improve posture, gently tone your body, and move in a way that feels empowering.

Private Somatic Healing Sessions

Somatic orginates from the Greek word Soma which means BODY. If you’ve been feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected, our somatic sessions offer a gentle path home to yourself.
Through breathwork, movement, and embodied awareness, you’ll begin to release what’s been stored and make space for clarity, calm, and self-trust. Sessions are run as a 7 week program, to get started we will have a initial consultation session which you book below.
