Soulchemy Space is a boutique healing studio in Kirrawee offering Trauma-aware Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Somatic Therapy, and Soulful Workshops. Rooted in Nervous System regulation and embodiment, this is a space where movement becomes medicine — and your healing journey is honoured, one breath at a time.

Reformer Pilates Session 1:1

Perfect for those who prefer personalised attention and a calm, supportive space to move at their own pace. These sessions are tailored to your body and goals- whether you’re pre/postnatal, recovering from an injury, or simply not a fan of group classes.

Somatic Healing Sessions

Somatic orginates from the Greek word Soma which means BODY. If you’ve been feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected, our somatic sessions offer a gentle path home to yourself.
Through breathwork, movement, and embodied awareness, you’ll begin to release what’s been stored and make space for clarity, calm, and self-trust. Sessions are run as a 7 week program, to get started we will have a initial consultation session.
